Whereas genuine rights protect citizens from state coercion, the “right to health care” serves to justify state coercion against a particular part of the population: those who pay taxes.

I have the right to silence and a break every now and then from the far left and far right. I think that's implied within the language of the 5th & 14th Amendments. But yet, they just keep talking!
